In the intro post before Celtica made it to Aidola and got the party together, it's where she found Durandal.

Just thought she randomly popped into the city, completly forgot about finding the sword.

Sorting out bandits sounds like a reasonable idea, lets go do that.

Hmm, here I was thinking that was going to go into a bad end.

B, what could possibly go wrong?
Oni transformation is a good thing right?

"Hey, Bullet?" Celtica asked to get her attention, the tanned girl's head looking towards her. "You want to get some payback on those oni?" she asked, and Bullet nodded. "You know that you may have to fight your old group though, right? There isn't anything we can do to change them back." the knight explained. "...I know. But I also know that none of them wanted this fate either. I'm respecting their wishes as humans by stopping them as monsters." Bullet said sternly. If they couldn't return them to human form, then Bullet believed that this was the right thing to do.

"If you are prepared, then let's get going." Celtica said as the group continued out of the village. Instead of going down the main path however, they decided to change their direction and begin heading up north. There was supposed to be a bandit base around there that now housed a legion of powerful oni that had been tearing up the area. With the trees around decreasing in number, a ways away they could see a worn down but large looking building. Before they could get any closer though, a pair of voices started talking in a crass, slurred tone.

"Well well, what do we have here?" a powerful voice rang out as blocking their path was a pair of crimson skinned, quite muscular woman with a pair of horns on their head. They both had large bottles at their hips and massive clubs in their hands, one with wild white hair the other wild black hair. "Looks like some human's who haven't got the memo. This is oni turf now, babes. Only we get ta have fun here. 'Course, we are recruiting!" the white haired oni said with a laugh.

For them to carry those clubs so easily, combined with those bodies, Celtica could clearly see that these monsters were incredibly strong physically. But they were highly outnumbered and cocky at that. "Time for some payback." Bullet said, cracking her knuckles and assuming a fighting stance.

A. Fight from a range, avoid getting close against such powerhouses.
B. Fight them up close, their strength wasn't that scary.
C. Surround them and move in, attack from all sides.
D. Write-In.

Well, what do you guys think? Should we start with the obviously stupid option of B? Why not?

We should never shy away from a bad end!

Seems like we got three Bs already, so I'll just vote B as well and see what happens.

I object to this flagrant disregard for the safety of our group and vote C. Honestly, who even wants bad ends anyway!?

I actually wondered if C might be a bad end two, like you surround and as soon as you get close they either do a whirlwind or pop the corks on their bottles causing ??? to happen.

Zero, do you operate with any ratio with good to bad outcomes? Like 3/1 bad/good, 1/3 bad/good, or 2/2 bad good. Well, it's probably a little more complicated than that, like clean progress, someone falls, bad end... I could also understand if it's random each time.

Usually there is a best option and then ok options of varying effects, and a or multiple bad options. It depends on the scenario, but usually if I see a lot of people voting for a bad option hoping for a bad end I will just make it go straight into a bad end, since they would obviously be voting for the bad option again next choice if it just caused a disadvantage and it saves time for more progress and finding new bad ends.

Sure these oni seemed physically imposing, but after beating a Monster Queen Celtica felt like she could take on the entire world. Besides, these monsters were outnumbered seven versus two. Brute strength could only get you so far. "We're taking you down and the rest of you bandits right after!" Celtica shouted as she dashed in, Artoria, Bullet, Nephenee and Lina following in alongside her.

Delivering a powerful swing towards the black hair oni, Celtica was shocked to see the woman not blocking with her massive club but with her free hand. "Damn, this thing stings." she said with a grin before kicking Celtica in the chest to send her spinning along the ground. Elphelt tried to cover her by firing at the oni with limited success as the crimson monster's speed allowed her to move in, grab Celtica and toss her at Elphelt to knock her down.

The white haired oni meanwhile was dealing with the speed of Bullet and Nephenee moving around getting strikes in on her while Artoria struck head on. Her strength was nothing compared to the oni's however as the youthful knight was smacked back by a club strike that followed into a spin that Bullet was able to use her great reflexes to dodge. Nephenee however was unable to avoid and got struck. The hit was pretty painful, and in the time it took for Nephenee to get up the oni had put down her club and grabbed the girl. "You're a bit of a cutie. Could use a bit more muscle to ya though." she said as she took out her needlessly large sake bottle and drank a nice big gulp. She left some in her mouth however, and with her face moving forward she forced a kiss with Nephenee that left her unable to do anything but drink the sake filling her mouth from the oni's own.

Asia was running around healing the girls who had gotten hit, but had earned the attention of the black haired oni. "What a pretty little one. I should probably save ya for the boss, she loves girls like you..." the red oni said with a grin before Celtica got up and force her back with a not very deep slash across the chest. Bullet also managed to do an Afterburner powered punch that made the other oni drop Nephenee, though by that time it was too late.

The village guard was moaning as she began to grow, both in height and in muscles, her skin beginning to take a reddish tint. "Ooh...that drink...it's real good..." Nephenee said, sounding like just that kiss alone had caused her to become drunk. "Snap out of it!" Lina said as she attempted to slash the white haired oni with her flaming sword. Even connecting with her block, it wasn't enough to not get kneed in the stomach and grabbed. "Nothin' to snap out of with her, she's gettin' it. Now pucker up girlie~" the oni said before doing the same forced drinking kiss to her.

"Out of the way!" Celtica said, forcing the oni she was facing back with a slash as she ran towards the others. The oni quickly recovered and grabbed her but a quick Elphelt with a whip strike was able to made the monster drop Celtica. "I got this!" the swimsuit wearing bride said. With a nod, she went over to Nephenee only to see her grabbing Bullet.

"Please...fight this..." Bullet said, the shinobi looking brawler trying to escape her grasp. Nephenee had ripped her helmet off her head to reveal a single horn, her hair growing longer and more wild while her skin got redder and redder. "Why fight what feels so good? I bet if I work for this boss lady, I'll get enough drinks to keep me happy for life!" the woman said in a slightly slurred and rough tone. She wasn't completely an oni yet, but she might as well be.

As Celtica struck Nephenee with the pommel of her blade and forced her to drop Bullet, she also saw a moaning and yelling Lina starting to rip her bodysuit off to reveal her skin becoming more toned and reddish underneath. Elphelt had also been grabbed now. "Using this whip against a big girl like you may have been a bad id-mmmmph" the girl moaned out as her opponent forced a kiss on her as well. "Elph!" Celtica shouted as she only narrowly dodged a club swing.

"Damn it, not again..." Bullet said as she moved to protect Asia. Nephenee was fully converted now, a brutish oni laughing at the humans. "Ya just don't get it, huh? This is an improvement. Who would ever wanna be a weak ass human? Oni are just better." she said with a grin, one of the other oni tossing her the sake bottle and the new monster gladly drinking some. Lina was well on her way to being just like Nephenee as well, with Elphelt following as her body started to take a bluish muscular appearance and her hair started turning white. It was only four on three now, soon to be four on five. Against such strength and numbers, even a powerful brawler like Bullet or holy sword wielders like Artoria or Celtica could do little...

A group of oni moved within the broken down bandit base, a blonde haired priestess being carried by one of them. "Please Celtica, remember yourself and let me go! This isn't you!" Asia pleaded, but the bronze skinned, messy haired muscular maiden scoffed at that. "It's me now, and I've never been better!" Celtica said with a laugh, a nice pair of horns coming out of her head and some sexy dark markings along her now nude body. Going inside one of the deeper rooms, the oni Celtica tossed Asia down in front of a surprisingly small horned woman with dark hair and pale skin laying seductively on her side.

"Boss, we got some new recruits!" the original white haired red oni said. "Figured you might wanna toy with this one some." she said with a grin. The boss smiled lewdly. "Of course, what a thoughtful worker you are. I'll be sure to have you rewarded~" she said, her voice dripping with pure pleasure. Asia didn't understand, this was their boss? But she so small even in comparison to many humans. Even so, just the way she looked at the priestess made Asia feel strangely aroused. There was something about just being near her that made even a pure girl like Asia feel fuzzy and dazed. The oni got up and grinned. "We're going to have such fun together, once we get rid of that useless human decency of yours~" she said as she slowly approached Asia...

Hmmmm....

I'll switch to C. The possibility of the party suddenly getting doused in alcohol and getting turned into lusty barmaids for the oni is too good to pass up...

C I could imagine having a chance at putting us at a disadvantage with the right set of moves, but not all-out failure. I'll say rewind one step and go with C- surround.

Very nice display of a oni's power, makes them appear indomitable! I can practically see all the girls stroking their abs and other muscles as they flex to drown all voice of resistance =) No shame in their nudity and a lust for the intoxicating saki. Very interesting boss we have too, and I like her taste, hehehe.

C sounds good, but I wouldn't want to blow all our bad ends on the first pair... Though I do have a interesting write-in option if we have to deal with a bunch of them.

Yeah, I'll go with C, let's see what happens.

Though Celtica didn't feel too threatened by a mere two oni compared to their seven warriors, she did remember that Bullet's group had been wiped out by this kind of monster. If nothing else they shouldn't be underestimated. "Everyone, let's surround them and take them down!" Celtica shouted, the party moving into a circular formation around the duo. "We weren't plannin' on escapin' anyways." the white haired one said with a shrug.

With everyone's weapons drawn they moved in to overwhelm them from all sides. "H-Here I go!" Asia said timidly as she ran forward. "Girlie, you're out of your league!" the black haired one said with a laugh as she went to grab the girl only for her to suddenly move far quicker and go from a dodging roll to a slash to the oni's leg. "Just kidding." Asia said with a grin, she was getting more used to playing the weakling. Following right up from Asia's attack was Bullet coming in from behind to smash her fist into the oni's red back. Even both those attacks only annoyed the monster as she slammed her club back behind her and Bullet barely avoided with a back dash.

The white haired oni was facing similar opposition, Celtica and Artoria both attacking from the front while Nephenee darts behind from the back to thrust her spear again and again. With Elphelt providing fire with her guns the oni was suffering damage very quickly. Even the oni's rock hard abs couldn't take hits forever. Taking a sip from her sake however, the monster powered through the pain and still managed to deliver some strong hits to knock the holy sword wielders back. "Let's see you shrug off some lightning!" Lina said as she fired off a Dig Volt right at the oni. The scarlet savage took massive damage, but indeed managed to knock Lina down with a swipe and keep her pinned by stepping on her.

Getting up, it seemed like this was going well enough. They were taking hits, but luckily they were stocked up on potions and had the ever helpful Asia. Elphelt turned her fire towards the oni that Bullet was speeding around and Artoria had moved in to try and get Lina free. while Celtica decided on what to do.

A. Continue the strategy, it seems effective enough.
B. Pull back and strike from afar.
C. Use magical energy to try and end it quickly.
D. Write-In.

Hmmm... I am worried pulling back would leave Lina in a pinch... C might be the best approach since they seem to soak up psychical damage so well...

... Hmmm. Though maybe using Magnum Wedding on the one that has Lina pinned down might kill 2-4 birds with one stone, I'm sure the charmed oni would be happy to tell us everything if it works...
