I am a little worried that we're going to see a huskification before us... But C does sound like the smarter thing to do in this situation.

Yeahhh.... the three of them don't know the whole situation, and as much as I feel that sitting back to watch will just lead to another husk, it's probably the wisest thing to do. So C.

Re: World of Monsters CYOA (Part II)
The Notebook said that Dullahan were extremely durable and dangerous monsters, picking a fight with one with only the two of them there could end in disaster. Though it pained her to leave that woman in danger, Celtica made the call to remain still and watch things play out.
"W-Wait! Please, I don't know anything about anything!" the knight managed to babble out, which did little to amuse the Dullahan. "I will deal with you later. Your strength serves me." she said as she twirled her shadow scythe to do a rising thrust along the ground that penetrated the woman's chest. Pulling out, a spiritual blue orb-like thing was on the blade as the Dullahan pulled the scythe back into her body, held the orb in her hand and surrounding it with darkness absorbed it.
The woman's body rose up, now soulless and pale as a brand new Husk. Seeing that, the other two likely met similar fates when they couldn't give the Dullahan what she wanted. "This has been a waste of time. Come, we shall continue. I require no rest and neither do you!" she shouted as as she walked away, the three Husks mindlessly marched behind her. Luckily, it looked like her direction wasn't near where camp was and that they had successfully avoided detection.
"What did she do to those people?" Ayane asked, now safe to talk. "She turned them into Husks, soulless slaves. I suppose you wouldn't know too much on monsters with your memory gone." Celtica said. "It's not my fault I don't know, it's those damn slavers who are to blame." Ayane said, feeling irritated that she was lacking in ways like information.
The only thing to decide would be what to do next. Letting a powerful monster like that roam could be very dangerous. She seemed to be looking for bodies...Celtica wondered if someone had managed to capture Dullahan bodies? But that seemed near impossible.
A. Return to camp, sleep.
B. Trail the Dullahan.
C. Wake up the party and trail the Dullahan.
D. Write-In.

C though willing to support A
Could we retrieve the Knights body as well? Might have information or something relating to her identity to provide insight on the situation

Re: World of Monsters CYOA (Part II)
If they encountered her again when they were fully rested, then they would deal with that Dullahan. But for now they needed to conserve their strength and they couldn't deal with every problem or they'd just tire themselves out and end up enslaved. "Let's head back and rest up." Celtica said to Ayane, who nodded. "I'll take the next shift, you go to sleep." she said. Soon enough the duo was back at camp and Celtica was resting up once more.
The next morning the party woke up and prepared for another long trek across the area. This time the party felt nice and refreshed however and with renewed vigor set out. It took a few hours of travel before reaching a village, the place looking fairly normal and low class. The only thing of note were the pretty nice outfits the girls wore which stood out in comparison to the plain buildings. "Welcome to Durros Village!" a woman in a classy dress said as she greeted them.
Since she seemed willing to chat, Celtica asked her a few questions about this place and the area. She learned that it was a small village that mainly managed to avoid trouble, but many of the warriors who were from here left the village to join the Knights of Sacrima and the only member of the Knights here now was a girl named Tsubaki. What this village did have however was an incredibly skilled outfit designer who luckily worked at low prices, resulting in the fashion being higher class than the village itself. However, Celtica learned nothing from her of the slavers or the Beauty Queen.
"This village seems like it would be in great danger of that Dullahan, we should probably see this Tsubaki woman and make sure she is aware of the threat." Celtica said. Outfit of that though, the place was small but had a few places of interest. A small inn, a smithy, A fountain area in the center, the clothing shop previously mentioned and some other houses.
A. Look for Tsubaki.
B. Go to the smithy.
C. Go to the clothing shop.
D. Leave the village and continue on your journey.

Re: World of Monsters CYOA (Part II)
B. Smithy
My ideas for utilizing some of the monster materials:
Thunderbird Feathers- extract the paralysis toxin, and use it to coat small blades attached to some light steel greaves: "Harpy's Talons"
Damaged Oni Blade & Oni Sake: Some steel to do a simple reforging of the blade, and use the Sake for cooling. Expectation being a weapon that makes struck targets unable to think rationally, and raises their aggression. Berserk status, pretty much. "Oni's Fury"

Re: World of Monsters CYOA (Part II)
Let's see... we currently had 85 coins on us... I kinda want to see if there are any quest or bounties around here. I don't care if it saving a cat girl from a tree or working at a local maid cafe... Tsubaki might have something for us in that case, and if that fails maybe we can just run around doing looking for people that need help.

A, like Rain said, of course she could also potentially be another lovely knight eager to join and serve us
I'm also curious about this fashion lady, definately some potential
Gonna have to think of some other ideas for the smithy once I look over our inventory again.

Re: World of Monsters CYOA (Part II)
Ok so after looking over our items heres a few ideas
-Thunderbird Feathers used as either a lightning damaging *tengu* fan for Ayane or into a Headdress for Bullet
-Due to our growing concerns for Asia's, Bullet and Neph's Undine fantasies and lingering loyalties, A command tiara for Celtica made from the Slime Queen Crystal
-Combining the Shiva Wheel with the Whirlpool Orb (portable hypo shield)
-Repair Damage Oni Blade's crystal vial with a interchangeable capsule design. Use some of our various liquid potions or whatever we find to alter the blades abilites (limited uses of each vial)
Thats if we can even do any of this (by Zero's generosity or smithy skills)

Re: World of Monsters CYOA (Part II)
Best to look for that knight that the villager told them about, Celtica decided on. The village was a pretty small place and there were only so many places to check. Soon enough they located the woman nearby the fountain, a beautiful woman with long red hair and blue eyes, wearing a black and gold concealing outfit and hat. "Are you Tsubaki?" Celtica asked, assuming this was her from the way she carried herself. "Yes, I am Tsubaki Yayoi. Can I help you with something?" she asked.
"Last night we saw a Dullahan roaming this parts and causing trouble. We mainly wanted to give you a heads up there." Celtica said. "That's certainly worrying. There is a great undead area to the south but they would need to cross the river and a fair chunk of land to get here." Tsubaki said, thinking about this issue. "Thank you for the warning. If this Duallahan appears here then I will deal with her."
"Hey, also, you wouldn't happen to know a good place to get some cash, would you?" Lina asked. "We're...a little low on money, but we could take on some jobs if there are any around." Nephenee said as well. "Jobs...hmmm, unfortunately there isn't much in a small place like this. I believe that the blacksmith here was complaining about a lack of materials lately. Try and speak with her, maybe she could have something." Tsubaki said. That sounded like a pretty nice idea to Celtica. There was one last thing she wanted to ask though.
"And have you heard anything about slavers in these parts?" Celtica asked the redhead. "I have, though I haven't myself encountered them yet." she explained. "I kinda got brainwashed into being one for a little while, so we've been looking for them around here." Nepgear said awkwardly.
"I have heard rumors of pirates using the river to transport materials quickly across the region. As awful as it is, I doubt they are above treating people as materials to move." she told them. Keeping an eye on the river would be important then. The merchant camp was also pretty close to the river. But that would just be suppliers, what they really wanted was the source of the problems, Beauty Queen herself. "Thank you for you help." Celtica said. "Oh, don't worry about it. Helping others is what knights like us do." Tsubaki responded.
A. Go to the smithy and ask for a job.
B. Go to the clothing shop.
C. Ask around the village for jobs.
D. Leave the village and continue on your journey.
E. Write-In.

And a picture of Tsubaki-

This sounds like fun. C afterwards would be nice too, the smithery, while a hot lead, also sounds like a fetch quest. But we can get to all the places eventually, looking forward to the clothing store.
