What game are you playing/looking towards?

Heard about the G.U. Trilogy HD release. Really cool to see Banco doing this for a cult hit series, especially when they're reworking the games. But there's going to be a lot of context lost on those who didn't play the first four .hack games.

And I really wish that Banco would do an HD release for Xenosaga, which I feel has just as much of a following AND has had Episode 1 hit the PS2's Greatest Hits collection, which meant it was financially successful to the point of selling a lot of units. As a fan of both series, Banco doing both would be a dream come true.

If you haven't yet, please click the link in my signature to sign a petition for an HD release for the Xenosaga trilogy. Seeing .hack get one gives me hope that Xenosaga may get another chance to shine.

Awesome, and I watched the OVAs and am watching the series currently(it's great~)

Something I only just really noticed, so I'm probably a slowpoke...

FFXV is getting a Multiplayer mode in the future (After Episode Ignis)? Considering it's a single player game, I'm guessing they'll be doing something a little more like White Knight Chronicles (except hopefully not completely suck), and make simple quests, where all participants will be one of the 4 main characters (since after Ignis, all characters should be playable in some form?).

I still haven't played FFXV yet. Pretty much been waiting for the big deal where I can get the whole package (game + full pass) for $40. Think when this multiplayer mode comes out, it might actually be fun?

*sigh* Goddammit, something to draw me back into the goddamn grind.

So Arcana Heart has a kickstarter going on to get the newest version of the game in arcades onto Steam. It blew through that goal super quickly, and is now introducing brand new characters as stretch goals.

I did play Arcana Heart 3 when it came out on PS3, but I didn't get into it very well. I do believe I managed to beat Parace with Weiss once, a feat in itself. But I think I'm going to stay away from this one, especially with it being a crowd fund thing. AH3 just got a new release anyway, didn't it?

Trails of Cold Steel PC got pushed back to August.

Hmm... I'm not sure what I feel about this, considering I haven't really touched ASW-stuff much since Chronophantasma (Initial release). Literally the only thing I did with GGXrd was watch story mode after playing Sol's Arcade Mode, and that Arcade playthrough left me uninterested.

Also, wasn't there an official color-palette directly referencing RWBY in Central Fiction?

I feel... this is a excuse to get RWBY characters into a fighting game, but I won't complain.  Looks way above my level though hahaha.

That was wild, but bizarrely not out of nowhere. The director of Blazblue did say he wanted to make a tag game, and he wanted to make a Rwby game, so I guess he just smashed all his ideas together into one thing of madness. And yeah, four characters had Rwby colors in Central Fiction. Es having a Ruby color is the only one I specifically remember, I think Izayoi was Weiss and Bullet was Yang?

In other news, Jubei added to Blazblue, Jedah added to Marvel Infinite, Geese Howard added to Tekken 7, and SKULLOMANIA (and Darun) added to Arika's new Fighting Layer/Rebranded Street Fighter EX. Lots of great fighting game news.

Well, we certainly aren't going to see Rock Howard or some of the characters from the last chronological game in the Fatal Fury series then. They only came of age after Geese's death.

Tekken might just be getting antagonist at this point, which is cooler <_<

But yeah, Akuma, Geese, there might be a pattern developing.

Nah, that's the one I was thinking of - the pictures I looked at were taken with a bad camera so the colours were off.

And as far as that DQXI stuff goes, to be fair, her skin did seem a bit paler while turned into that. And she definitely seemed dominant enough that I wouldn't care who turned her.

Ah okay, that's good to know. I couldn't find much on the others, though I didn't want to dig too deep. Saw some sexy women and a mermaid, but only one looked like she could be possibly evil. Well, guess I'll wait till it's released, though if some art leaks happen of Puff Puff villainesses, I'll definitely dive back in.
