As for the Scarlet stuff, if she was all scarred up and working on robotic projects for revenge I wonder if she would turn herself into a cyborg? Replace that scarred flesh with some artificial beauty that comes with some equipment that will allow her to capture Tifa and begin her experiments.

I hadn't actually thought of that. I was mostly thinking severe burns covered in bandages at worst. But when you put it that way, I think I could set up some poses that implicate something more along those lines, but I don't have parts to outright show it.

Alright, a Dragon Quest related idea for once-

Boss-level villainess: Liquid Metal Empress. Uses the whip-woman design of DQX (Mystic Juliante?). Those who have seen her have to question her garments, as they seem to resemble elastic metal. Those who have fought her remain dumbfounded, as she has either been so nimble as to avoid every strike or so sturdy as to take each hit without receiving any damage. She surrounds herself with many underlings of the Metal Slime category. But on a rare occasion, she might desire a different sort of servant altogether. If a beautiful young female were to cross her vision, she might strike right then and there to take her for herself. With her long, silver whip, as well as her divine, womanly figure; she will attempt to seduce and bind her intended target. Should she succeed, she'd then show a new sort of ritual- not only can she command the Metal Slime family, she can manipulate their forms to her will. And with just a word, one of her Metal Slime minions will slither over the victim's body, and begin to stretch and expand until it is able to tightly cover every inch of her body from the neck downward. LM Empress no longer binds her with the whip, but she still cannot move her body due to this slime covering. She begins to lash at the victim with strikes from her whip. As they connect, to no surprise, no harm comes to the victim; but something else penetrate into her body with each strike; a dagger-like stab of absolute ecstasy. It doesn't take too many strikes before this victim is brought to the brink of orgasm, as her mind loses all defiance against her captor. Movement returns to the girl's shiny, silver body, and now she might put forth an effort to make herself more sexually appealing for her mistress.

Of course, this girl will have more uses than just sexual pleasure. Were she to fight in her mistress's defense, one might find her to be just as nimble and sturdy as her mistress. In fact, hitting her might only make her more resilient without damaging her in the process.
And for a second, you might catch a glimpse of a silly-looking smiley face somewhere on the girl's body...

I have little experience with Dragon Quest, but I dig this.

But yeah, really like the idea, Liquid Metal Slimes sound like they do this idea lovely too for the covering of the female form. If I may interject something, Liquid Metal Slime Kings have crowns, so possibly add a twist like Liquid Metal Slime Queens/Princesses whose crowns pop onto the heroine as their form covers their body, possibly having it further enforce the pleasure in their minds or tieing thoughts of serving the Liquid Metal Empress =)

Still can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Anyways, a new consideration on my mind- going back to the Sailor Moon generic Droid. Except making a sequence that shows a literal transformation, rather than an external application. Someone being changed from the INSIDE rather than the outside. The method? I don't know, probably having them defeat a Droid, only for it to explode, and some shards of it end up penetrating the target, where it slowly begins to spread itself through her body like a virus, though the changes don't truly begin for a while (conveniently, while they're asleep). The whole "process" of things will be most obvious in the face, the last part of the change, I've definitely got a plan for that if I decide to make this sequence.

The best candidates are Pharmakon, Jellax/Jamanen (a classic, even if somewhat overused), Atsugessho/Droido (you would never believe the amount of DeviantArts dedicated to her corrupting Sailor Mercury), Akumuda/Hypnotica (so many possibilities here) and finally Udering/Regalia (another Droid with so much potential for a corruption sequence).

Candidates? But I just told you what I'd be using:

Another idea to come to mind (admittedly, based on something I've seen from someone else).

Faceless Portrait.
Girl finds an old painting in an abandoned/haunted mansion. The painting is clearly of a classy seductress, yet there is only a hole where the face should be. For whatever silly reason, the girl decides to place the painting in front of a mirror, then stands behind the large painting and places her head partially through the hole, like one of those silly fairground attractions. But a tingly sensation flows through her as she does this. And suddenly, that tingling starts to feel... erotic. She tries to pull away, but can't, and quickly loses the desire to do so, as she moans pleasurably. Not long after, the portrait falls forward, revealing the girl looking exactly like the portrait seductress.

That's some good stuff. Of course, after her change in look she'll definitely need to do her face up with a bit of makeup~

Can I suggest the girl being Usagi Tsukino aka Sailor Moon, for a "It is always the (perceived) quiet ones" surprise?

And thinking ahead for something I might do with a certain game due to come out this year- SoulCalibur VI. I don't know if there's a decent way to convey any sort of corruption or transformation story through this, but there is a scenario I want to accomplish:

Heroine versus Doppelganger. Any one of the good looking Soul Calibur heroines. And then there's a created character, belonging to the "Shapeshifter (Doppelganger?)" race; and hopefully, Glossy Tights and Glossy Top return as outfit parts. If hero outfits are usable, it'll eventually come down to 4 different models:
-Heroine in her outfit
-Heroine in Doppelganger outfit
-Doppelganger in her oufit
-Doppelganger in Heroine outfit
From there, create a bunch of images that show heroine getting her butt kicked, and eventually, show that at some point, their appearances switched, that the Doppelganger stole her form.

I dig that. From what I've seen thus far it seems like every piece of equipment is coming back from SC5, or at least the vast majority. I'll definitely need to dabble in this kind of stuff too, I messed with 5's creator a lot and even made some good and bad versions of characters.

Not the object I was looking for, but someone finally made some sets of plumped lips! Now I just have to think about what kind of idea to use them toward...
