And it's exactly as I thought- Someone else (Momiji) gets the Feena costume, while Lady Tengu gets the Rhea costume (and some sky-blue hair to boot).

Biggest disappointment- this pack is like 75% Legend of Heroes series. Only 3 from Ys (Origin only at that), not to mention decent male character costume opportunities passed up (like I said before, Eliot as Adol).

So, here's some TGS news-

Well, it's now a PS4 title rather than Vita. And the first is also getting a PS4 remaster.

I've heard two ways to describe this-
1) Ninja Gaiden fused with Dark Souls
2) That Onimusha sequel that Capcom won't make

$20 story expansion. Think it'll be able to match Artorias of the Abyss? (I never actually played that chapter, so I can't verify that it's as good as people say it is)

Now if only we'll get some Persona 5 news. Atlus still insists that not only will it be out in Japan this year, but that it'll also be out in the west this year. At this point, I can only predict that if this claim holds up, it'll be a Halloween release for Japan, Christmas for US.

Hmmm, interesting. It looks like the summoning means for personas this time around is masks, that has potential. Also, if we get to rob a freaking Egyptian tomb, FUN TIMES WILL BE HAD! That picture sneaking was really cool.

Yeah, the worlds seem to be much more closely connected to reality this time around, because you're obviously not going all the way to Egypt, yet the Phantom Thief is going to become something of a public spectacle?

And there's no wording around it in this one- your mask IS YOUR PERSONA. In the case of the other characters, it is literally the face of their Persona, while for the hero, other Personas merely become a part of his mask. But summoning them (removing the mask), it really starts to feel like they are ripping their own faces off to do so (which I would say has a lot of meaning behind it).

Playstation users- there's a big Flash Sale going on at the Playstation store.

Biggest deals that stand out to me are Omega Quintet ($12) and Dragonball Xenoverse ($24, $34 if you get Season Pass) on PS4. Not sure what people think about those games in general, but Dragonball always has lots of fans (and Xenoverse has the only Toriyama female to ever appeal to me), and regardless of its quality, $12 for a full PS4 game (not some small indie title) seems like a steal.

I hope MGO has some more special characters, like Olga and MGR Raiden. I love how they worked freaking Ocelots ricochet, it's the best thing ever!

I imagine Ocelot and Snake will be multiple things contextually-
1) Solo players that become the main target of Teams Solid & Liquid as they compete over who kills/extracts them
2) Rival heroes, one of them on each team
Ocelot's Ricochet looks really nice, but if you take too much time to line things up, you're dead.
I've never actually tried Rocket or Blast Arm for Snake. Biggest difference between Rocket and WISP is effective distance- Rocket goes so much further (but uses up much more energy) while leaving the enemy where they are and you have to go to them to extract them, while WISP has a much shorter range, but brings the enemy straight to you for easy Fulton.

Not sure about adding other heroic characters without things getting too crazy. But then, they do already have MGR Raiden as a playstyle in the GZ data (only real characteristic being superhuman dash speed). No point in Olga since it's bad enough they have an opportunity to bring in Raiden so ridiculously, but he covers pretty much the same role, sorry. Sad

Unfortunately, I can't think of any other characters that would have any unique features (Ocelot's ricochet, Snake's bionic arm, Raiden's speed) without REALLY stretching things.

By the way, Rainday, I hear Senran Kagura 2 is out now, have you picked that up yet? Most of what I hear about it involves Yoma nest hunts and Yoma bosses, something I've wished was a thing in Shinovi Versus. In fact, I haven't really tracked much Estival Versus news, do we know if there's a lot of Yoma-related stuff in that game (besides one particular occurence we've talked about involving one particular character)?

Well, Quiet could be in it as well. I was actually thinking Tanker Olga, not Plant Olga, but I kinda hope we do get some random special people, like Rumble Rose Characters who are super good at CQC lol. It happened in the last MGO, I just trying to use my memory of it to think what they can do in this one. Judging by the female hairstyle I think it shouldn't be too hard to make a Olga lookalike, but I doubt we're getting much in the way of hair that isn't short for anyone. I know it would be covered by a helmet, but still...

I should probably start playing that now that I'm pretty much done with the first Senran Kagura. I've been completing levels with the others and Rin to 100% it during my breaks at work... The reason I haven't started anything new is because I don't have a place to crank up the sound except during lunch break. I wish I had a locker so I could bring in some headphones...

In other news, I've been playing the short demo for Ladykiller in a Bind

It's rather interesting, and one of the two main "routes" is a dominatrix(The Beauty) who you play the demo with... I'm surprised how many little choices can add up to some unique things, and if you're a bad girl she'll "punish" you, and if your a shy girl she has the perfect gift. Rebelling/Provoking her seems to lead to the more interesting dialog... but she will take care of you if you're a shy submissive too. Going to be quite interesting to fail. The stalker is also interesting, and quite desperate for your affection, I wonder how things will go, after all, she is a stalker, so I wonder what would happen if she finds out your secret.

But yeah, you're basically playing the role of your twin brother(while you yourself are a total lesbian), and you have to try to not raise suspicion, but getting caught does sound rather exciting.

There's a definite theme of the Personas for each character reflecting free spirited or highly individualistic figures. Fits in with the broader theme that was discussed during the very first teaser of trying to break free of society's impositions

Also, I noticed that Ikue Otani is voicing the cat, Morgana. Some of you may know her work as a famous yellow mouse. Razz

Plenty of winners in there, and they gave Nyotengu bat wings~
Others that I liked, Lei Fang's, Lisa's, Tina's, Mila's, Rachel's, Hitomi's, Kokoro's(<3 <3 <3), Phase 4(I like the dark colors more), & Honoka's

I would of said Alpha-152's too, but only if they added the moving wing tech, but they didn't... Marie's was... flat... But it would mix well with Nyotengu's Red Queen one from the previous season.

But yeah, back to DOAX3... I would totally get it if it would come over here. The reason it isn't angers the shit out of me(cause there is no reason except to avoid public outcry, but that ship has sailed long ago for DOA and the new team needs to accept that). The character lineup is pretty damn great and I would like to see some type of yuri system implemented... (but there won't be because of the whole "it just eyecandy" mentality that they use with Hitomi & Lei Fang")... Still, the gambling was fun.

Considering it's a Vita game, are you that doubtful of it? I'm not exactly sure what games you have on your PC, but I would think it wouldn't need to be that high-tech. On Steam, I notice that there's a demo for Akiba's Trip. Maybe you can try running that to gauge how well it'll do, because I doubt Shinovi Versus is any more high-tech than that.

I don't know, my PC is starting to "echo"... The best way I can describe it is it stutters in a drawn out way... Also my mouse is double clicking with one press... and it's pretty new... Hmmm...

Anyway... Got the "True End" for Undertale, which took all night... As I result I'm a little emotionally drained... I still have some running around to do... but that whole game was pretty worth it. At least I got some Sailor Moon uploaded... but now I rest...
