When it comes to food, one special treat I have to recommend trying at least once is seeing what kind of bratwurst selection your local butcher shop has (if you have one in the area). The good ones can probably have as many as fifty different flavors. It can be pricy in comparison, but it's definitely worth the price. Currently, I can't get enough of my local shop's Philly Cheese Brats (taste like the genuine article, in long sausage link form).

Most of the other physical copies of games I've been preordering as of late take two days AFTER release date to get to me, but it looks like I'll have Splatoon Kagura on Tuesday.

Good news!

I FINALLY confirmed that "Miss R's Leather Suit" is an unlockable outfit in Peach Beach Splash! The thing is, it's found in the shop after you finish the entire story. Doesn't take that long, but if you don't like rushing through stuff like that, it means you have to wait on the outfit. Not that there's much to care about in the story this time; it feels like it really took a back seat here compared to the Versus titles (though I do have to say, mini-Kagura is absolutely adorable).

And as far as I can tell, there's no difference between characters besides melee attack animation, since everyone can equip all the water guns, and have the same card selection, etc. It all comes down to character preference, which will also apply to DLC characters: no special skills, it's just how much you like the character. Though as far as DLC characters go, I gotta say, the first batch feels like a ripoff: The "Awakened" versions of the 4 leaders (hair-down Asuka, red Homura, black Miyabi, and white Yumi), $4 each or $12 for the bundle.

So... I haven't played Trails of Cold Steel (PC) for a while (not like anyone would notice...), but since I think I'm going to start distancing myself from FF Brave Exvius, I might have some more time to play/stream that. I'm also curious as to how the next month of FF Mobius is going to go; after a month of Lightning-worship, I think it may finally be getting to Chapter 6, which should bring about playable Azure Witch Meia (I do wonder, with all the other "stand-ins" in the story, is she supposed to be a Matoya expy?), and, if I'm right, the card batch that includes Jemnezmy: VII.

Currently trying to figure out the kinds of skill cards I like in PBS. Let me just put this out there- Each character has well over a dozen cards themed after them, but every single one of them does the same thing (or nearly the same thing).

Haruka's cards... get you wet.

No, I'm not joking. She fills up the Soak Gauge, 100% gives you a short "infinite ammo" bonus ("friendly fire" truly is friendly in this case, as it also boosts said gauge). She can either give the user a big boost, or the whole team a slight boost, depending on the Haruka card; she's also generally the card type that has the highest time cost, unfortunately.

About MobiusFF, it's confirmed: starting tomorrow, Meia becomes playable. To play as her, you either have to reach Chapter 6, or you have to be lucky enough to summon one of her job cards in the gacha. Jemnezmy:VII is not in the first batch for the month, but the next one comes in two weeks. Personally, I'm looking for a job that'll utilize both Earth and Darkness. It also looks like Meia will likely use exclusively mage-type cards, though the cards coming out with her release all have a special "Meia Synchro" skill that raises her Magic if used by her rather than Wol. Should be noted that five out of the six initial skill cards are all ladies, and I'm about to assume Jemnezmy may also be a Meia Synchro mage card (earth element).

Gundam Versus I have mentioned getting in the games topic. Also got Fate/Extella. At this point, I'm most of the way through the Dawn Arc (Altera).

On Gundam though, I started using Kshatrya tonight. Worked out pretty well in the one on one casual matches. Maybe I'll try her out on the harder Trial routes later. Unlocked Kudelia in the Nav section. I get the feeling that no matter who I choose, I'll probably end up prefering Soma in the end (why did we get her by default?).

I tried Hard Survival on Gundam Versus, and DAMN, that shit gets crazy in the last segments! I only made it to Wave 43/50. You absolutely NEED to have lots of BP stored up to restore your Force Gauge at 40 (and probably 45 too), and the price for that SKYROCKETS with each segment. I wanted to get through it quickly, so I did it with Solo Play (bonus round every 10 waves), but it looks like Online Play will be the way to go (takes A LOT longer, but there's a lot more bonus rounds, meaning more BP to gain).

I finished Fate/Extella's main story and a few side stories too (Medusa has an awesome ending; I haven't finished Liz's yet, but I can already tell what's going on). As for the secret Servant of the game, how in the hell do they expect anyone to meet the incredibly specific conditions for the encounter without knowing them? I believe XSEED actually had to release a video detailing the unlock at the game's release.

XSEED did thankfully. I still need to finish Fate Extella up, after I get some more time in Gundam Versus, after I get what I need from the Halloween event in FGO. Also, yeah, wave 43 is where I made it too, oh, and I meant to ask you this before, but did you know that the gauge refill is a total refill regardless of cost? The cost just doubles each time it's used.

Yeah, I was aware, and made it a point to not refill the gauge every interval, but it still wasn't enough, and by the time wave 40 came about, I didn't have enough BP to refill (3200 to refill on 40?), so I only went in with half the force gauge. Any recommendations for AI partners? I went in with G-Arcane as the partner (Kshatrya Striker). I'm also surprised at how bad the friendly fire gets with the game.

Also, forget Vigna Ghina, I'm adding Dom to my favorites.

Gundam Versus, I've managed to clear Trial Routes 7 and 8; 7 I couldn't even get an S on, just an A. Goddamn that run is painful, and the worst mission isn't something you can split off into a different path on. It's bad enough how smart the AI can be at times, but having three times the force gauge and waves with more units than you (at times all of them standard, not low-health Strikers) is just so goddamn unfair.
As far as hopes for G Gundam inclusions go, I'm going to guess Rising will never be a possibility. That said... what would be the chances of Shining Gundam getting in? It feels like they usually just skip Shining and go straight to Burning/God Gundam. But if they can at least get Shining in, well, there is one other particular pilot registered to it other than Domon.

I would actually expect the Shining personally. They went exclusively season 1 for 00 and the first AGE suit we got was the initial one, it seems like they generally want to start with the basics for suits with this one. That would make me think we would get Shining before Burning.

YEP, F91-Crossbones is the first one that is brutal. Unfortunately no real idea for a good prater, though I use Jagd Doga, and yeah, comp allies fucking you up with ranged fire during those missions is a real drag.  Might be better to use a more melee focused unit...

I made it to Wave 50! I completely misunderstood the Force Gauge refill price, thinking it increased with the waves, no, it increases the more you use it. And so I actually managed to make my second refill on Wave 40, not to mention my attack upgrades had me kicking the ass of most non-boss waves.

Wave 48: Zakrello, and some close combat Zeon suits
Wave 49: Big Zam, and some long-range Zeon/NeoZeon suits
Wave 50: ... Char. Times 5 (Full Frontal is included). Each with enhanced boss stats. Started that wave with about 1800 Force Gauge (46 & 47 are easy, the next two not so much). I think I actually managed to take two down, maybe three before the Gauge finally gave out. Went as Dom (Kshatrya striker) with Dom partner (Rick Dom striker). Pretty much felt like the one point in time I wanted to be Gottrlatan, with its radial launcher.

Damn.  I'm still waiting for Last Recode to get released on Steam.  I plan on streaming it on my Twitch channel when I can.

I looked a bit more into the future of FF Mobius. Apparently, I misunderstood something about the Jemnezmy: VII card. It's going to appear during another FFVII event, which some might predict to be early next year. It just so happens to be the same summon batch as Flower Girl (Meia's first Legendary Job; Aerith cosplay). Also, apparently its ability is a single-target (Mage) Earth attack, with the added effect of Earthshift (all currently collected orbs turn into Earth Orbs). I'm wondering if I can turn that into an ultimate earth setup- Meia as Esmerelda (which I do have), with Jemnezmy: VII, Sasquatch (AOE + Target Damage Focus + Weakness Break), Knights of the Round (Boost most attack & defense stats), and some other fourth card; wielding Femme Fatale X (Multiplayer-earned weapon, defeat a lot of Famfrits to earn the materials).

Also got the Knight of Etro job. That's the Lightning Legendary job for Wol, not to be confused with the Lightning Ultimate Hero skin. Wol cosplaying Valkyrie Lightning in XIII-2, rather than taking a Ranger job and turning it into Lightning (Guardian Corps) herself. Speaking of other Legendary Jobs, there's at least one more for Meia later on, I'm assuming it'll come during the next XIII event, PSICOM Officer (Jihl Nabaat cosplay).

Was lucky enough to get a Supreme card too: Unbreakable Bonds (FFXV, Royal Arms skill, Warrior heavy dark damage). Unfortunately, I don't have a good Warrior job with Dark Element. That thankfully got somewhat fixed with the Hall of Fame update- The Dark Knight's path unlocks skills for obtaining Prismatic Orbs (Wildcard elements) for the Dark Knight job (which was implemented before Light and Dark elements existed).

I've done it. I've found THE worst gacha on the market. You want to know what it is?
It's Taimanin Asagi Kessen Arena. Why is it the worst gacha? Because for something with six tiers of card ranking, cards summoned through Rare Metals (not just regular metals) can still be 1* generic shit that you can pick up in stage farming, and Premium Gacha summoning can still be 2* non-important characters. Other than that, it pretty much plays exactly like Rage of Bahamut did, only with a lot of rape, tentacles, and sexy ladies in tight ninja suits.

Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation certainly turned out different. Stamina does not recharge every few minutes, it fully recharges at the start of the day. And you get Owner EXP by viewing events, not through volleyball participation.

Also picked up Yakuza 0 while it was on sale. Someone please tell me I can date the dominatrix-wannabe.

Yakuza 0, taking place in 1988, really knows how to push the nostalgia buttons at times. This, in particular, does it with one of its minigames-

FF Mobius, I just got the Supreme Aerith: VII card. Holy shit. I might just be able to make a very serious Dark Knight setup combining this with the Supreme Unbreakable Bonds: XV card (since Prismatic Orbs are the only way to use it for Dark Knight, and Aerith turns all orbs into Prismatic, on top of some other effects). And some of my other Support cards that I've spent a while trying to build up are now a waste of space (and unfortunate loss of upgrade materials and gil).

Mobius news: A "Welcome Back" campaign (Lots of free summon tickets and free summoning on top of that) and FFVII event rerun. I do not know yet whether this VII event rerun will have the new VII card batches (Flower Seller Meia, Ultimate Hero Cloud Warrior skin, Jemnezmy, etc.) or if that comes later, but this might also be the best time to get in if you're interested.

I've got some tickets reserved for Fate/Stay Night: Heavens Feel Vol. 1, Presage Flower. Unfortunately, the "favorite major theater" I had planned on going to was already sold out for the Monday show, but thankfully, there's another theater that still has room for the Monday night showing (has to be Monday, since I'm taking a nephew to see it and he's not available Thursday). A little bit further away, and in another direction, but I'm pretty sure it's a decent town compared to other places I could've ended up going to.

For the record, that FFVII rerun event didn't have the new stuff, except for Ultimate Hero Cloud skin. The estimations currently put that particular event in February. My current issue... is that I've drawn 4 jobs and that Cloud skin from the Greater Summon that currently advertises the Santa Lucia job for Meia, and STILL haven't gotten Santa Lucia! That's one of the sexiest Santa outfits I've ever seen! I hear it even comes in purple to reflect the Light/Dark themes it has (Upgrading the job leads to unlocking the "Santa Umbra" version of the job, which has a Dark element scheme).

Though I've noticed there's far less notes of monster girls transforming human women. I guess at this point, it's "run into a Higher Demon, and pray you get turned into what suits you."

I don't know whether it's something I'd treat as board-relevant, but something relevant to me popped up online. Nyankonome's "Love Rubber" (RabuRabaa) story, which was apparently released four years ago on physical media, only recently went digital. From the looks of it, pink-hair had nothing to do with the rubber fetish scene until silky-black-hair came by her on a train. Definitely some seduction I'd say.
