Okay, this is a old clip from a old hentai.  Basically Hiroe(blue haired girl) can't have a orgasm, so Mayaka, her Big sis(her neighbor in the dub) comes over and tries to help her.  After eating her out for 40 minutes and then using a strap on she has no success.  Then Mayaka has the bright idea of trying to hypnotize her, saying that she will come whenever Big sis touches her.  This works a little too well it seems.  The clip has some of the more explicit parts remove, and only really focuses on the hypnosis and orgasms, which is fine in my book.

The dialog is both funny and hot, what you would expect out of a comedy Hentai.  As for other related stuff in the episode... They go see a fortune teller who becomes overcome with the spirits of girls that can't come that apparently haunt Hiroe, and is consumed in giving the spirits what they need(about a 2-3 minute scene).  Then at the end, Mayaka confess that every time Hiroe comes it's because she touches her.  Mayaka then gets a sly grin, the following scene she's in a domi outfit with Hiroe, and then the "landlady"(their mother) joins in in a even more revealing domi outfit with whip(but that's were it ends, it all a very short scene).  That's it for episode 1, don't know what happens in the other two but they apparently ditch the hypnosis at 2, so yeah.

As for a link to the full episode, I'm afraid I can't do that.  The thing appears to be licensed, but it might also be discontinued...  So... huh.  Still, rather not risk the site on that, clips are one thing, whole episodes is a can of worms we don't need.
