Castlevania (M/F, F/M, F/F, MC, EC)
Yep, our favorite Vampire-killing series has quite a few themes that seem to go along quite well with our specialties here. For this topic though, let's leave out Lords of Shadow, as it's a reboot that gets a bit too dark and gritty to represent our themes.
So, let's talk about some of the enemies. As the series evolved, it introduced many different undead creatures that have the forms of beautiful women.
The Succubus- As I recall, she was introduced as a boss fight in Symphony of the Night, though eventually became a common map enemy. The latter of them utilizes moves that can drain either your health or your magic. She can dash backward and blow you a cursed kiss, or dash forward, and go directly to mouth-to-mouth. (Unfortunate fact: This is probably the only Bad Girl/Good Girl possibility that has evidence)
Persephone- The castle maids. In their cute purple maid dresses, they vacuum the halls (and heroines' skirts) or leap at you with kung fu kicks.
Alura Une- Giant Flower with a naked girl in the petals. Her roots can extend pretty far from the stem and attack from the ground.
Astarte- Egyptian queen, one of the few enemies ever known to have a charm attack, but it is only ever used against males (or in Harmony of Despair, if a female is hit with it [because males are present], it only does damage). Also attacks with gusts of wind and electricity.
Carmilla- Dracula's true top lady. Fights against her have pretty much been when she takes the form of "naked lady on a giant skull." Usually followed around by her servant/(lover?) Laura. The only time she's ever really been plot relevant was Circle of the Moon, where she conducted the ritual to revive Dracula, and is believed to seduce the main character's rival (but his issue was really just jealousy). Was also used as a character for the Judgment fighting game, where, to my horror, they took her design from vampire queen-
to S&M queen-
(though on the plus side, Karen Strassman )
Now there is one enemy I know of that has a charm attack that affects females. The thing is...
... It's Dracula himself (in Harmony of Despair)... >_>
Now then, let's get to the really good part- Good girls gone bad.
Portrait of Ruin- The Lecarde sisters. You don't get to really see anything as to their transformation, because they're introduced to you as evil vampire sisters, but then you find out about their origin, and they also get their own gameplay mode which ends with their defeat which leads to them becoming the "daughters" of the villain.
Dracula X Chronicles- This is the real meat. Back when Dracula X/Rondo of Blood was originally made for a Dreamcast release (I don't think it ever left Japan), it had an element where if you don't save all of the captured maidens, Richter's girlfriend becomes Skull Witch (which is normally the part played by Carmilla, who does appear in that form in Rondo of Blood and DXC). They took that element, and created a new boss for DXC. If you don't save Annette when you reach the boss of the Keep...
(contains both Richter and Maria videos)
Dracula has taken her for himself, and she becomes L(ady? Lesser?). Vampire. Just as sexy as any version of the Succubus.

Always a fan of succubus, especially the kiss from her, either draining or charming. So far, the best kiss scene for me were in Lament of Innocence, Succubus boss, where she can kiss while flying and does a lot of damage, very hot. And the pachinko version also does the animation scene, a very sexy kiss.

Re: Castlevania (M/F, F/M, F/F, MC, EC)
I wanted to throw up some additonal vids and eventually do a whole Bestiary for this series, but for now, I'm gonna focus on Carmilla and Laura from Rondo of Blood.
While Carmilla isn't really the charmer in this game(though this is one of my favorite forms of her, giant naked lady on skull) her servant/lover Laura(the girl in red that transforms into a powerfull neko warrior if you attack her) is somewhat. She'll drain you until you're out of hearts if you ever get close to her while she's dressed up, quite sensually too. There's no way to fight it =)
Here is newschool Rondo with Maria in the fight(it shows her getting drained)
And here's Oldschool Rondo with Richter getting drained.
Also, here's a wiki entry for Carmilla
http://castlevania.wikia.com/wiki/Carmilla
And here's Laura's wiki entry
http://castlevania.wikia.com/wiki/Laura
(note: Laura is in Portairt of ruin so I believe she does the same to Charlotte... not positive though, memory is fuzzy).

Re: Castlevania (M/F, F/M, F/F, MC, EC)
I've always been a big fan of Portrait of Ruin's plot which had the vampire Brauner killing the hunter Eric and turning his twin daughters Stella and Loretta in to vampires. In their playmode you get to play the pair of them until the moment in which their father is killed and the two are turned in to vampires by Brauner and he brainwashes them to believe they are his vampire children.
http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2011/154/a/5/loretta_and_stella_by_josesama-d3hz3j2.jpg - This is their vampire forms.
During the main gameplay there are moments where they fight off the corruption and become themselves for a while but always get snapped back in until you use the purification spell on them in the final encounter.
As the sisters appear as early as the first boss and keep coming back until the end I just really appreciated it too. Didn't hurt that one of the bosses was Astarte who casts TEMPTATION! and if it hits Jonathan he becomes seduced and begins attacking Charlotte.
The video above shows all the consequences of that sequence including what the characters can say to one another (I had never seen that dialog before clicking this vid and I love the game religiously)
Here. Have another pic of Stella and Loretta: http://media.giantbomb.com/uploads/5/59190/1317556-pic_05.jpg

Yeah, I made sure to mention that. Only way for female characters to fall under sharm status in Harmony of Despair.

Huh... so I'm sure people might have seen a hot lady in a leather robe in the trailer for Lords of Shadow 2.
Apparently...
I never would have guessed. Seriously. Especially when she looks that attractive.

It turns out that there's actually a femdom F/M hypnosis scene involving her in the game:
- Spoiler:
- When you first meet her, Dracula tries to kill her by drinking her blood- this poisons him with her blood, and constantly eats away at your health meter until the end of this section, where you have a boss fight with her. If you lose at any point during this sequence, instead of the normal game over scene, you see Carmilla leading a clearly hypnotized Dracula away.

Re: Castlevania (M/F, F/M, F/F, MC, EC)
Wow, never knew this existed, it's a fan-made boss rush game. Contains bosses from all throughout the Metroidvania-style games.
http://serio.piiym.net/cvbla/
Only three boss ladies, and they're back-to-back-to-back. Astarte, followed by Carmilla (CotM), followed by Stella.
https://youtu.be/Lqd6W8wjLgE?t=14m25s
EDIT: Boss order is actually not the same every time. Another run I watched didn't have the three ladies all consecutively.
Since it's a fanmade thing, I don't know how Astarte's Temptation works, but the video clearly shows she's using it against Sonia Belmont (Since when was there a modernized sprite of her? Was the sprite fanmade too? ONE MINUTE LATER- Nevermind, just look at that damn playable character list. A lot of it is ripped sprites but the rest... What the fuck...)
EDIT: Confirmed, CHARMS ALL CHARACTERS, EVEN FEMALES. But all that really does is give her a free hit on you. But hey, use your imagination.
I've never seen CotM sprites at a very good resolution and framerate until this, and I notice... that jiggle as Carmilla falls to her knees...
And yeah... I see no reason why CotM Carmilla couldn't be reused for a Harmony of Despair stage. :/

Hmm, interesting vid, Sonia looks to be a redone Richter sprite from Dracula:Rondo of Blood/Symphony of the Night, but yeah, when people put their mind to something they can really do outstanding things, especially with sprites. I've seen the pictures they use as character portraits around, never thought they had a actual purpose. Too bad Stella has that glitch, and Loretta is apparently with her but got stuck in the floor... Well, they totally redid and gave them new moves, I guess Konami wasn't feeling very motivated.
Done. Sonia struggles waiting for the hit that will knock her out of this spell, but then Astarte says "Why would I ever harm such a beautiful slave" as she slips a hand into her leotard. Sonia realizes what this means and can only hear her resistant fade out as she begins to lustfully hump her Queen's hand.EDIT: Confirmed, CHARMS ALL CHARACTERS, EVEN FEMALES. But all that really does is give her a free hit on you. But hey, use your imagination.
The jiggle seems to quake a need in Sonia's core as Carmilla lays out, heavily panting... So beautiful, so vulnerable... she couldn't do anything to stop Sonia, and surely nothing bad could happen as she falls for Carmilla's faint/temptation attack.I've never seen CotM sprites at a very good resolution and framerate until this, and I notice... that jiggle as Carmilla falls to her knees...

I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYMORE! Apparently this is Rondo of Blood, the pachiko version, with more erotic content with Lesser Vampire Annette, or the succubus from Lament of Innocence(who appears in the... 3 other castlevania Pachislot games... th-they made two more?) because that's what she looks like. I mean, YAY EROTIC, but then FUCKING BOO KONAMI!
http://castlevania.wikia.com/wiki/Succubus
Also, this apparently means I'm going to have to go scene searching for the other 3 games... I know Upon Her Lips has something about this.

Yeah, between this and the Nikkei report recently released about them (and how they treat their employees), we can definitely say that Konami as we knew it is dead. Classic Castlevania has now been reduced to erotic pachislots (pushing the line on erotic to downright pornographic), regardless if we enjoy the themes used in them. People on the chans are so disgusted with the direction of the company right now, they're saying "Pirate MGSV and find another way to give Kojima your money."

I'd like to point out that Konami didn't make that, they just enabled the ones who did.

Actually, given Konami does a LOT of Pachinko manufacturing now, I'm pretty sure it was them directly. They're keeping the Pachinko business going as they try to clear the regulatory hurdles to go into casino gambling. If you go to Vegas and look at copyrights on many non-license-based machines you might spot their name, too.

true but the company that made it Takasago Electrics, made it just before Konami Pachinko Entertainment(or was it enterprises) merged with them but I could be wrong about that
