Episode 11 and 12
Villainess: Seiji Tamiya aka White Haired Devil
Victims: Chiko, Shunka, Tome, and Akine
Method : eye contact
Time : the scenes start's around 16:00 (episode 11) and 15:00 (episode 12)
the villainess of this arc seeks revenge against the thief named Twenty Faces who is the mentor of Chiko the heroine of this anime , she antagonize his allies in order to bring him out of hiding , in episode 11 she hypnotizes Chiko's friends and order them to drug her , Chiko resists at first until her friend Chunka swallow the drugs herself and feeds them to her with a kiss . In episode 12 the villainess hypnotizes Chiko in order to erase her memories of Twenty Faces and order her to kill him ( she doesn't succeed in killing him of course)

The manga feature an extra scene after Tamiya hypnotize Chiko she takes her to an hotel were she undress her and have her take a shower .
