It's weird, I can connect from my phone in my workplace (St Louis) but I can't get in from my home PC or even with my phone anywhere near my home. Anyone else having strange issues like this?

Well, I did have that issue for a few days. How I fixed it was clicking one of the links it gives me whenever there is a new user(being a Admin and all). If you want I could forward you a link to your yahoo account. The other option is to clean your browser history I would think.
